This controller was designed to simplify the operation of floor sweeper/scrubbers. An ultra-thin touch keypad was used to replace a complicated set of toggle-switches and hydraulic levers. All sweeping and scrubbing functions have now been simplified to the single touch of an icon.
This system includes two primary components. This modular design provides flexibility in machine wiring and mechanical assembly. Typically, the Main Controller is placed in a compartment with electrical power and hydraulics, while the Front Panel Controller is located just beneath the keypad or dashboard.
The microprocessor-based control system automatically controls brooms, vacuum, water flow, squeegee, and scrubbing pressure for each sweeping and scrubbing mode. Interlocks, fluid levels, and temperature are monitored continuously to ensure both efficient operation and safety.
