This machine controller is used on a multi-cavity beverage filling machine and controls the fill valves and capping operation. It senses the presence or absence of each bottle as it enters the machine and at each operation during the process to prevent liquid spilling and cap dispensing in cases where bottles fall off the machine.
This system also checks for vent tubes broken off in the bottle and when caps get caught in the exit chute. Filling cycles up to 1000 bottles per minute can be controlled by this system.
