This controller was designed to count parts produced by an injection molding machine; control a conveyor carrying parts from the machine to containers; and control the indexing of a conveyor or carousel holding boxes or bags to be filled.
Using the front panel keypad, the user enters the parts/machine cycle, number of parts to be dropped into the containers, and number of containers to be filled. The controller starts the conveyor, counts machine cycles, stops the conveyor, indexes to the next container and repeats the cycle. An alarm alerts the operator to replace filled containers. The controller stops the injection molding machine after the specified number of containers have been filled.
